It's the big Victorian pub on the corner opposite the Army and Navy.
Don't know if it was an Irish bar.
According to this it's the same lot that took over the Forest Tavern in Forest Gate and trendyised it. Lookd like they know what they are doing for Crossrail.

There is a planning application to re-open the Earl of Essex, Manor Park as a resturant and bar.
I assume they will be serving Halal steaks and non-alcoholic beer.

Just scanned through this programme on catchup. Couldn't find any reference to Upton Park only Leyton and Forest Gate for the two lads and Stoke Newington and Finsbury park for the yoga expert.

Sat here in the sticks after leaving London over 30 years ago, I can't help but laugh at the ridiculousness of property prices there
Nish is a (fit) yoga instructor with half a mill to spend.... She's looking for a 2bed flat !!!!

I know I'm mental for saying this but I like the areas and if I was to live in London I'd happily live there. Much rather that than some dreary place like upminster

Even 285k is a rip off considering you are moving into down town Dhaka
One more Labour government away from being officially classed as a no go area for people with English heritage

To be honest like the vast majority of our fans I suspect that after the Swansea game I suspect I will never set foot in Upton Park again*.
* Except for the FA Cup winning open top BUS tour.
